Welkom

Welcome to the website of Marius Kapteijn.

This site is currently under construction but will be fully operational soon.
To not leave you empty-handed you'll find a list of the projects I'm involved with below.

Android & BlackBerry PlayBook:
At the moment I'm very busy developing various Adobe® AIR® applications for Android, Blackberry Playbook. (see Mobile apps)

Nuon (dutch energy company):
I've built most of it's landingpages and product request forms such as landingspagina.nuon.nl/cvketel and formulieren.nuon.nl/huisbeveiliging/.
The tools used are XHTML, PHP, CSS and Javascript.

Samen besparen (campagne of Nuon):
A site built with XHTML, PHP, CSS and Javascript. It also included some Photoshop adjustments where necessary.
The site is offline.

Centraal Beheer Achmea (Dutch Insurance Company):
Participated in the build www.corporatewarming.nl, a campagne site entirely built using Adobe Flash.

Dong Energy:
An action site entirely built using Adobe Flash.

Compassomundocom:
The support page of Compassomundocom, www.supportcm.nl.
This site was built using a combination of XML and Adobe Flash.
I've also made some Flash adjustments to their main website: www.compassomundocom.nl.

General projects:

• A series of Augmented Reality examples built with Flash Actionscript using Flex Builder.
• Several dynamic banners for a.i. Dong Energy and Philips Media using Adobe Flash as well as static banners using Adobe Photoshop.
• The website of Jorrit Dijkstra, www.jorritdijkstra.nl, which is entirely built with Flash Actionscript using Flash Builder and completed with a CMS built using Wordpress.
• Some previous work can be viewed at www.kapteijn-design.com/oud.

On a personal note:
I visit the gym regularly and I am a spinning class fanatic.
I'm also an active memnber of the AdobeUserGroup as well as the Flex User Group.
I enjoy visiting Barcelona, I'm a Twitter enthusiast and I'm constantly improving my Flash and Flex skills.
